looking for this movie name

there are only a few things i remember from the movie

in one scene a guy was held by some people and they given him an injection in his tongue so he was unable to speak then they dragged him to a guillotine and then you would see the guillotine blade fall down


not entirely sure but i think it was a world war 2 movie

"Sophie Scholl - Die letzten Tage" (2005), a.k.a "Sophie Scholl: The Final Days"

It's WW2 and there is execution by guillotine in it.
