In that movie boy and girl from different kingdoms met in a dream!

So all I remember is that there was a witch who made the boy and the girl meet in the same dream, it was next to a well. So after that she was helping them share the same dream every 7 years or so... they had to find each other in the real life, there was also some sort of war...
I know it`s not much but if someone can tell me the name of that movie it will be great!
Thanks!!!
