1950s-1960's Cartoon Short- Saw once at midnight on cartoon network

Back in the early 2000's Cartoon network showed back to back cartoon shorts around midnight. This particular short was in color. Looked as though it was made in the 1950-1960s.

Description: Colored cartoon, characters included fruits, vegetables, and silverware, cartoon panned around the table/kitchen to different fruits, veggies, etc., the fruits and veggies sang songs and danced.

One scene I remember was of this dried up prune looking fruit/veggie that came out on a wheelchair singing like Frank Sinatra, during this song there were either spoons or a type of fruit that were all gawking over this character.

Another scene, there were a line of fruits or veggies that came out singing and dancing similar to the rockettes.

Holy crap this sounds like it! Now the question is where can I find it to watch it?! :(
ED23, did you manage to watch it?
No, I can't find it online. I'm not sure where else to look.
