In one scene the mother sings Santa Baby to her new boyfriend?

I think this movie is from the 70s or 80s but I'm not sure. It's been years since I've seen it. I remember that it's about a little boy and his irresponsible mother. The scene I remember most vividly is how she performs Santa Baby complete with dance and costume for her boyfriend. It also could have been her neighbor, I'm not sure.

If you have any idea which movie that could be, please help me. :)

I was going to suggest "Driving Miss Daisy", but I have never seen it. Is this a really "sexual" scene?
It's definitely not "Driving Miss Daisy". I've seen that one. But yes, it's a sexual and quite scandalous scene if I remember correctly.
Could it have come out in the past 14 years?
This movie isn't from that time period, but I seem to recall Judy Davis singing it in "A Little Thing Called Murder" (2006 TV movie), in which she portrays Sante Kimes.

I don't know if there is a similar theme in the other Kimes film: "Like Mother Like Son: The Strange Story of Sante and Kenny Kimes" (2001 TV movie).

Otherwise,  "Santa Baby" hasn't been used in older movies. You can see the list of films it was used in here:
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1871173/
However, the Kimes movie isn't listed, so other uses also might be absent.

It should be noted that Kimes and her son were operating in the Seventies and Eighties, so the film(s) would be set in the past.
