I can't remember the name of this movie

Its a british film about 2 guys who do to this house to fix the energy or paranormal activity or something. It is not a horror film though. They do so by going into a different dimension, or back to their memories, One of them does this regularly for pleasure and gets in trouble for it. The house is in the middle of the woods and there is a mother with a son and a daughter. The daughter doesn't talk and is very intraverted. The film ends when one of the guys find out the father had left them and lived in town, which is part of the reason for the daughters lack of talking.

I remember the 2 guys got from 1 contract to the other by just trumping through the countryside. It is quite a melancholy film, but quite uplifting. It is one of my favourite films, but I just cannot remember the name of it. Any help is appreciated!!
