Horror - revenge, group of men in wilderness being picked off one at a time

This movie would have aired in the Spring of 1997 on channel 13 or 31

It opens with a group of men reuniting for a trip into the mountains, or woods. It soon becomes clear that someone is after them, they don't know who or why. One of the early deaths I remember came as they were crossing a stream and a bee or hornets nest was used to kill one of the guys.

At some point they encounter a man who explains the reason for the attacks. I want to say he is the brother of the killer. The killer is disfigured in some way and blames the men in the group. I believe they were all in the military at some point, as I remember dog tags.

At one point they come out and one of the group is strung up over a bond fire burning alive.

One man breaks from the group to go ahead and get help. Later the lone survivor finds him dead on a hill/mountain side.

i believe the movie ends with the lone survivor making it to an asphalt road and falling to his knees.

This movie has haunted me and alluded me since I saw it and I would love any help you can give!
