Woman impersonates another and enters an arranged marriage in her place to steal the mans money.

Film released earlier than 2006 (that is the year I saw it). The film is about a woman whom crosses a body of water on a boat impersonating herself as another whom is about to enter an arranged marriage when she gets there. She steps of the boat and the man falls in love with her and marries her. He gives her access to all of his money, I remember the line "My wife should have access to all of my accounts." The man had a European sounding accent. She takes his money and I don't remember anything else of the plot. They wore period clothing it seemed.
