Can't find this class reunion-type movie.

My friend has been trying to find the name of this movie forever.

It's about a group of people who were really good friends in high school (in the 80s) all meeting up for one last party weekend at the house they party at all during high school before it is sold. During this weekend secrets are told and high school crushes and stuff come out. They all also try to chose an 80s song that best describes their time in high school.

And it's not "A Good Old-Fashioned Orgy."

Several movies are coming to mind, but none that I remember the sale of the party house. Maybe one of these? If not, how old is the movie? Does anyone remember the cover of it? Was it american?

Edit: Further searching shows "The Lather Effect" as a possibility l.
Could be this one too:

Back in the Day

Sometimes in order to move forward, you have to go back. And in this raunchy comedy, Jim Owens does just that when he heads home for his high school reunion. In an attempt to relive the glory days with his boys and explore an old romance, he nearly destroys his hometown and friendships.

But I still think that it could be the one VHS_Lives suggested:

The Lather Effect.
