the black and white guy eventually set up a detective agency. A disabled person is the agency's receptionist. The prim and proper spy eventually allies with the main characters.

I should be thanking you as well as I was just about to post a question for the same movie although requiem94's description was far better than mine!! But YES!! "Cat-Run" it is. I can watch and enjoy it all over again now. There's even a sequel to it which I didn't know about. Need to check that out to. Thanks again!!

This is "Cat Run" or "Cat Run 2".
