guys trying to steal a painting but they fail and rip the painting then demand a ransom fot the ripped piece

A guy goes to prison where he meets a crazy but brilliant painter who painted only in black and white they plan to steal a wall size cubism painting(Picasso I guess ) from a museum they put up a team of 4 or 5 including a hacker who caused a huge blackout and a claustrophobic small guy (probably  a midget ) they kind of get to trick the guards cameras by putting a miniature copy of the painting at 10 cm in front of the camera but in the middle of the heist a cockroach gets on the miniature and the guards sound the alarm they almost get out with the painting but before they escape one of them runs trough the painting and rips a piece of it and later they sell the piece back to the museum
