80's cinemax after-dark movie, all girls boarding school, maybe foreign, lots of girls brushing each other's hair etc., victorian feel

I was reminescing with a friend about staying up late on the weekend and sneaking down to watch cinemax after dark softcore movies. We were trying to remember the name of this one, or frankly even the plot. Mostly just a vague notion that it had a sort of victorian feel, and might have been foreign, and pretty sure it was an all-girls boarding school. Around 1983 84?

May be Boarding School or Passion Flower Hotel. Doesn't fit the Victorian Feel, and I don't remember the shower scene.
