Toymation Short film from the 90's

I remeber seeing this "Toymation" short flm in the theater before the main feature. The film used toys to create a stop-motion animated film.

The main plot:

The main action figure character goes to a rock concert in the home of his owner. There are many toys in the audience. The band consistes of the action figure of the band members of KISS. Later a large antique doll in the attic gets angry because the music is 'too loud!"

The large doll then wrecks havoc on the smaller action figures and hilarity inssues.

Does anyone have any idea what this short film is called!?
