Foreign Film - Sick female held on life support in basement/bunker/some other room(???), wife pulls plug on the female

I've only seen the ending in which I think the husband was having an affair of sorts, and the wife confronts him.

Later, they go to this other place (a bunker, a basement, a room???) and find a young girl (presumably the husband's secret love child) (thinking back, there's a small possibility that the sick person could actually be the mistress - i'm not entirely sure) on a hospital bed connected to life support. The wife, in a fit of shock and anger, literally pulls the plug, thus turning off the life support.

The husband is obviously destraught, as is the wife now that she realised what she's done

It's not a foreign film, but your description makes me think of:

"The House of Usher" (2006)
