Name of TV movie about an angel working in a diner.

A movie I saw on TV about 15-20 years ago. It's about a girl (who turns out to be an angel) who works at a diner. Early in the movie a man comes in to rob the diner and she disarms him and he ends up working there as a cook. The devil has sent a man to tempt this girl, but at times he seems attracted to her. This man tries to sabotage her life by causing problems at the diner and having her aunt, who claims she was a famous actress, committed. In the end I think it turns out the man was her husband, who, after she died, let his life literally go to hell.
