Asian horror movie with psychological twist

This movie begins with a girl and her boyfriend being stuck in traffic. i think they were having an argument. the boyfriend is a cop and i think while being stuck there he got out of the car to chase a criminal. i think his girl friend get shot in the head. then they fast forward a little bit when she survived was being check upon.

the girl begins to see ghost (of a girl?) in her apartment. she can also see people getting kill ahead of time. no one believes her.

It turns out that her psychologist (the one who was treating her) hypnotize her and he later kidnap her and cut her wrist in her order to take revenge on the girl's boyfriend because the boyfriend accidentally kill the psychologist's girlfriend earlier in the chasing part at the beginning of the movie.  The girl was save in time and she lives happily with her boyfriend for a while until one day, when she foresee someone committing suicide and it happens right after she sees it.
