christmas holiday movie where a woman makes friends with another woman only to see the photos they took during the holidays and notice the woman was actually a ghost

I think it was a hallmark movie. It was christmas festivities period. This woman was not in contact with her parents. So she met this woman and spent the holidays with her. In one scene, the woman saved a man's life by giving him some insulin on the train, only to realize that was her father. Eventually, her friend reunited the family together. The friend then 'moved'. When the pictures from the christmas parties they went to were out, she couldn't see her 'friend' in any of the pictures they took together, only to realize that she was just a ghost, who helped her mend her family relationships. Anyone remember that movie?
