What is the name of the kids movie about kids opening a time capsule at their school, it starred students and was directed by their teacher?

I can't for the life of me find anything about this movie or remember the title.  It was a nice kids/family movie.  I believe I remember reading that it was produced as a class project and was written by and starring the students and was directed by their teacher.  I would estimate that the kids would be 3rd-5th grade and that it was made sometime in the mid to late 2000s.  I don't remember where or how I saw this movie.  It was low budget and shot on digital video and had no famous actors as all the main stars were students from the class that made it.  Any help would be much appreciated, I've been able to come up with nothing in the last few days of various types of Google/IMDB searches.
