A movie about kids with special powers, and the protagonist is a girl.

I watched this movie like 8 to 10 years ago. The things I remember is that the protagonist is a "very special" girl with special powers. She can predict or guess what will happen in the future. She was taken/kidnapped by a woman she thought she was a friend to an institution/laboratory filled with kids with special powers. The girl made a plan with the kids to escape from the place, and they worked together to attack the people in the building. One of the kids had the ability to control the electricity. They almost succeeded, until the woman who took the girl to the building captures her again, and operates an operation on her, telling her that she will be "the first girl" to disappear from the world. The girl disappears entirely from the world, and her pictures with her parents vanishes, and I think she also gets wiped from her parents/friends' memories.
