TV show from late 70s a spy with amnesia but they can "download" anything to his brain for a limited time

They can teach him anything but it goes a way after a few days he was in some sort of accident that made him loose is memory. And they use a computer to teach him things the Dr realises it isn't permanent when he asked him a question in Russian and he doesn't understand, very short lived series.

Maybe "Coronet Blue"?

If not, was it in english? Could it be a movie? Maybe a different time period?
This was in the late 1970's  or 1980 no later than that but it was not in the 60's
It was more siFi than crime drama

That was an unsold pilot called "The Ultimate Imposter"(1979)
