A heist/robbery movie that I remember parts of the ending only

So the parts i remember are: a chick (i think it was a woman) who is a FBI agent or a cop is carrying a briefcase gets tackled by a kid (i think) and a woman resting on a longchair nearby swaps the briefcase, the agent/cop chick gets away on a speedboat not knowing that she was cheated by the group, the camera pans on said group and they are on a balcony in white bathrobes, cheering and drinking.
No idea if this makes any sense, I hope someone manages to name it
