Group of friends decides to make one final robbery but fails and dies.

Only thing I recall is that a group of friends tries to make a robbery/heist but as they do things get horribly wrong and the FBI/CIA kills them all.

I remember a slowmo scene where the policemen shoot the robbers with a shotgun through a wall and you can see dust/feathers from a pillow fly around everywhere.

Been looking for this movie a long time :(

Two movies come to mind, but neither matches your description perfectly.
"Heat" ( is about a tight-knit group of bank robbers, their last heist goes horribly wrong, all of them die, except one who is seriously injured. But in this movie there are no slow-mo scenes and no feathers flying from a pillow.
Here is the famous shootout scene from that movie:

The other movie is "True Romance" at the end there is a big confrontation, a mexican standoff, lot of slo-mo scenes, gunfight, shotguns, pillows and feathers flying, but they are not bank robbers. Here is a clip of the epic final shoot-out:

I don't know if any of the two above movies is the one you are looking for, but both are bloody excellent movies.
