Worst film I've ever seen

I'm looking for the name of the worst film I've ever seen. It was a horror film directed by a Welsh guy I think. It was a group of people in the woods with a camera and had a Blair witch project feel to it. Every now and then a weird scene would inexplicably start in a different setting, like a house, with blood and nudity, with Edgar Allan Poes' 'The Raven' being narrated over it. This happened many times, until right near the end, in the last five minutes, the people in the woods all killed each other violently. Nothing had happened much before that. No explanation.

It was so bad. I'm sorry my memory of it, and consequently this explanation, is also so bad.

I believe it was 'The Legend of Harrow Woods', which is almost the same film as 'Evil Calls' anyway (just a different release or something): So yes, a winner! Thank you!
