Animated kids movie about plushies/dolls?

Movie from about the 80s (1980s) to 00s it was an animated movie maybe Japanese but has been translated to Spanish (and probably English too). I could swear it had something to do with Doraemon but I could be wrong. The movie is about specifically one stuffed animal it´s yellowand kind of looks like charmander with bat like wings and somehow it comes alive and stuff happens and we grow attached to the recently alive toy but then something tragic happens and protagonist has to say goodbye to the creature and it becomes a toy again.
