movie about a couple who fight

i think this movie is a comedy-drama. things i remember are that there's a couple, they fight, and the wife's best friend come over to her apartment and the wife wants to keep the bolsters (or pillow) and she takes it back from the garbage can outside her apartment, and i think the husband has a cheese store in the market. then there's a scene where they go into the one-of-the-wife's-friend that will give birth in the water. the husband faints when he sees the water birth process. then there's also a scene where there is a wedding and a woman's fetal membrane ruptures in the middle of the events. and then there's also a scene where the wife (i think she's pregnant) tries to get into the car with a hard work--because her pregnant belly--and go to see her husband in the market and they have an argument but then her stomach feels hurt again and they go to the hospital (i think) to give birth.
