Name of old psychological (thriller) movie

Psychological thriller (Possibly restricted) about a man looking for his wife(?) and loosing his mind. Very bleak/grayish colors from. Containing artistic/experimental ways of shooting scenes. Lots of strange thing happening like peoples voice changing and faces twisting, turning and getting blurry. 1990-1970 Atmosphere of the movie is very distressing, strange and you're not sure whats actually going on.

Movie starts with a erotic sex scene with the main man and some woman. Movie also has very distressing scene where the man is running in a large hallway while being chased by strange people.

+Scene where the man is driving a car while his wife sit next to him and asks like "What's the matter". Man looks at her wife and her faces starts to move rapidly, becoming blurry.

+Scene where the mans dog is talking.
