So from what i remember, there were a fox and one more animal , they were friends or i think job partners, one of them had one of those 1 eye glasses, that hang on your shirt and you put only when you have to read something. So they passed through many adventures, like traveling with train but then the had to chase it for some reason and they got one of these wooden carts for railway, they had giant snow ball chasing them down the hill, they wet to some sort of a cathedral in India and they were sneaking and spying on somebody, then they rode on elephant, then they were in Scotland Yard flying with a balloon, I think through the whole time they were chasing somebody, they might have been detectives. In the end they were in the woods saying hip hip horay 3 times! The action was set obviously somewhere in the 19th century. The cartoon looked like it was made somewhere between the 70s and 90s. I'd be really happy if someone can help!
