Sci-fi movie or tv episode; Two teen boys accidentally traveling through space/time. In a bar at one point, and a girl alien says "poor things" cause she thinks humans are ugly. Later boys are in a giant dollhouse???

I saw only a few scenes of this movie on TV when I was younger. Movie had poor quality, so it was easily made before the turn of the century. All I remember is that the main characters were two teenagers/young men who appeared to be best friends. Some how they were traveling through space/time. At one point, they were at a bar on some foreign planet, and they're whispering about how ugly all the aliens are, but then a female alien walks by and tsks saying "Poor things", because in actuality it's the human boys who are ugly. Somehow later they end up in a large dollhouse? It is then shown that there is a giant girl on the outside of the house, and she appears to be hostile. That was when I stopped watching the movie. But I can't seem to find information about this movie/tv episode anywhere!
