Late 60's early 70's movie about witches, Salem, past lives?

The movie was made in the early 70’s, maybe the late 60’s and is about witches in Salem.

It’s got some past lives having been lived before mumbo jumbo along with the present mixed together, as the characters seem to have crossed paths before in previous lifetimes.

The protagonist becomes involved with a woman, who is a witch.

There’s a couple of scenes I remember.

One of them has the lead being placed under a sheet of plywood, and rocks piled on, crushing him to death.

The end of the movie has the protagonist, now in the present, meeting the woman again, and tying a bow with 4 loops in the shoe of the baby.

It’s one of those weird 60-70’s psychedelic movies.

I watched it as a kid and would like to see it again, if possible.

Many thanks,
