A kids movie on hbo, around early 2000s maybe 2005 at the latest, they made two movies with the same cast, it involved 9-14 yr olds hanging out then thwy go into a house on the street that an old lady lives in they scare themselves into thinking its haunted then the other title was they had a map to a treasure I believe and they race 3 girls to go find it and set traps so they can win and the yougner sister of one of the kids finds out at the end shes a princess and she was adopted

Made two films with the cast, the treasure map movie came last, I think the little girl had an older brother,it was 3 girls thwy were trying to beat to the map quest

There are four films. Each of these should work as a link~I hope:

Clubhouse Detectives (1996)

Clubhouse Detectives in Search of a Lost Princess (2002)

Clubhouse Detectives in Big Trouble (2002)

Clubhouse Detectives in Scavenger Hunt (2003)
