80's or early 90's, three children adopted for short space of time, large dog involved.

The movie starts off with the little girl having a dream about being adopted, she gets everything she ever wanted and then does something and its all taken away.

The three children are adopted for a reason which i cant remember. They end up in a penthouse, with a guy who doesnt really want them to begin With.

They get to know The janitor.

Then a woman comes into the picture. Guy falls in love, and he keeps the kids.
