Kids movie - characters stop the bad guys

There are three kids, all of the kids are really good at breaking and entering (spy like activities). The main kid lives with his grandfather because his parents died. The grandfather is a higher up at a company. The kids start a food fight at school and get caught because of the paper the kids used. They have to do community service in order to stay out of trouble. They get a ride to the video game company they are to be working at by a cab driver that drives really fast. There is a bad guy at the video game company and the three kids work together to stop them. They steal some equipment from the main kids grandfathers company. Once the bad guys are caught the kids are interrogated by spies and find out that their mean old math teacher is a spy. they are offered jobs as kid spies. One of the last scenes is when the main kid is 16 and is getting his license. He is driving fast (like a spy) and then he has to go in to work. The person that was in the car with him (the guy that is checking to see if you can get your license) says that he cant go anywhere without his license. The main kid says he has his license but its only good when he's working. He pulls out a license with a picture of when he was a kid.
