European horror movie with a blue avatar/mystique-looking female monster

I've only seen one scene from this movie and I'll try to describe it as clearly as possible: a stereotype geek guy with glasses is hiding from/fighting with a blue female monster, possibly some kind of vampire. They are in a house with wooden walls and stairs. The scene is in a corridor-like room, with stairs visible. There is some magic/fantasy-element to a way in which he can avoid the monster, like standing in front of a mirror, or something like that. There was something in the scene that explained the weakness of the monster. The female monster looks like an evil spoof on an Avatar. The movie is definitely european, maybe dutch. It MIGHT be from the 90's, but I'm not sure about it - it may be newer, but it definitely looked like it was shot on film. The picture was very colorful and detailed. The style of the scene was very high-tempo action-oriented horror, maybe slightly comedic.

Love to the one who knows it! :-)
