Help find a movie earlier to 1981 about World War II where the main character is a doctor, his wife gets incinerated and daughter shot by the Nazis, most of the action I think happens in a castle where he often hides behind a double mirror as the Germans are not able to see him

Facts I remember watching the movie back in 1981 at 9 years old:

1. The movie is thus previous to 1981;
2. The plot happens in 2nd world war;
3. The main character was a medical doctor;
4. All is family is brutally killed, daughter incinerated and wife shot, or maybe the other way around?
5. Most of the action I think happens in a castle;
6. The man often hides behind a double mirror where the Germans are not able to see him;
