Narrated movie, likely from the 1990s, with several unconnected (other than being all dark) stories

A dark movie (I’m guessing from the 1990s) where a creepy guy narrates tales of horror by breaking the fourth wall, as that of a guy who has an accident and another man ties him up and has his way with his wife while he watches, and is unable to do anything; in another story of this movie a man is put in a hospital but wants to desperately leave, but they won’t let him.

"Twists of Terrors" (1997 TV movie)

From Wikipedia:

A collection of three macabre tales presented by an agoraphobic middle-aged man, named Philip, who lives in a seedy section of Los Angeles. As he sorts through his piles of yellowed newspaper clippings, he relates his paranoid nightmares through three stories.
