90s Comedy Horror - Movie about a man befriends 2 ghosts. One of the ghosts was black and the other one wore glasses.

I remembered watching this when I was 6 on VHS. The movie poster was a face, I think (or a body?) coming out from a blank white wall. There was a man (protagonist) and a woman at a house (probably haunted). Not sure what they're doing there. But I clearly remember that the man befriends 2 ghosts. One of the ghosts was black (mind my language) and the other one wear glasses (kinda nerdy). I also remember this one scene where snakes (maybe) came out from the antagonist's (which was also a ghost most probably) nostrils and ears!

It was a 90s comedy horror movie because I remember the 2 ghosts were funny but there were also some creepy scenes and characters. One of it was a Grim Reaper kind of creature, as far as I can remember. The actors/actresses in the movie are popular but I really can't remember who. Please help me because I've been searching this movie for years and no one seems to know! This movie is pretty nostalgic too. Kind of a Halloween movie. Thanks!
