Movie where a guy spy the company where he works

I watched this movie about four years ago. It's a very funny movie but I'm not sure if it's a comedy. It's about a FBI or CIA operation to arrest some corrupt businessmen of a certain company. The main character is an idiot with a stupid haircut, he is very friendly and naive, he has a wife and maybe some children, he's a terrible liar - and gets very nervous when he tries to lie and finally - he works in such company that is under investigation. The FBI makes a deal with him where he has to find evidence of the crimes that the company and even he committed. Then he won the trust of his superiors in order to do this. I don't remember much about the plot but some important information is that the main character also committed crimes and actually did something very stupid with a large amount of money that he can no longer recover. And at some point at the end of the movie an FBI agent tells the main character something like that - "You have to tell them that you already have a lawyer. All you have to say is that you already have a lawyer".  I hope someone knows what movie is this, I really want to watch it again!
