I'm looking for the name of a movie, an old western.

The part of the movie i remember, a marshal is transporting a prisoner on horseback, they stop at a solitary stagecoach stop in the middle of nowhere, the marshal leaves the prisoner on his horse tied to hitching post outside and goes inside and says hello to the owner and orders sonething to eat, meanwhile a friend of the prisoner shows up to help him escape, as prisoner and friend are riding off into the distance, the marshal finds out whats going on and asks the stagecoach stop owner if the old rifle hanging on the wall still works, a Henry buffalo rifle, the owner says yes and pulls out a box of shells from under the bar, they go outside, the owner leans the rifle against the hitching post taking his time to load rifle and check the wind with a handful of dirt, camera zooms into the riders escaping then back to the marshal getting excited because this is taking so long, the owner finally rest the rifle on the hitching post, adjust the sights then shoots, during the long bullet flight the camera zooms back on the escaping men on one horse, you hear a thump as the bullet hits the horse in the butt and they all fall down, the prisoner gets up and asks "what the hell was that?"

I saw this movie in '90-'91
