Movie or TV show episode from late 90s, with parallel dimensions.

I am trying to find a movie (or it might be an episode of a TV Show) where the protagonist travels to a parallel earth, where he is married to the girl he likes, in this dimension the cars are public (I remember the cars being white), and the looks like a utopia but there is a TV show about something called "The Hunt" or "The Game" where the announcer on the TV calls people to lynch someone that committed a crime or something. Looks like an episode of Sliders called "Luck of the Draw" but is not. (I got really happy when I found about the episode, it is similar, but is not it!)

From IMDb review: This world seems like a paradise at first: no war, no money, things like cars are left on the street for anyone to use ... However, it has its dark side in that this world has a brutal way of dealing with undesirables: They randomly pick people from the population to be runners in a game in which they are hunted and bashed to death with baseball bats.
