Possibly a 90's or maybe even later animated movie about toys. Main toy is a man with blonde hair. (Not totally sure)

I thought it was somewhere along the lines of ToyLand but it's been years and i have yet to find it. The animation definitely seemed pretty old. There was a main toy on the case i believe he looked strong with yellow hair. I can't remember anything about the plot though. I also feel like he could fly or something but that part I'm only 10% sure it's accurate.

Definitely older than that
It may not even be about toys or it would be easier to find.
