Sci-Fi movie pre 90's about village in a paradesic garden which is actually in a spaceship

This might be a movie or an episode from a TV show, I'm not sure.

My guess would be 70's, but might be early 80's.

I remember the main plot is around a village in a paradesic garden. Every so often, a "sacrifice" must be made, in which one or two people are sent through a mysterious cave. This turns out to be a corridor with decontamination (he flies from one end to the other?). After that, the main protagonist finds out he is actually in a spaceship and the current pilots are dead.

It feels like from the same era (as does Logan's Run), but it's not Silent Running.

In Silent Running, all are aware they are in a space ship.

I the movie I'm looking for, the people in the village are more primitive and not aware of being in a space ship.

"The Starlost"(1973 TV series).

This was a television series written by Harlan Ellison and I think some episodes were edited together to make a couple of feature length movies. The plot involved a group of people who find out that the planet they are on is actually a spaceship, kinda like Noah's ark, and I seem to remember the tunnel you mentioned. Here is the IMDB page.

Here is one of the movie versions I was talking about.

Starlost:the Beginning(1980)
That's exactly it!

The tunnel scene starts around the 15 minute mark:
