Early 80s comedy with zombie/possessed weather man/news anchor man

This film was a comedy from the early/mid 80s and featured a weather man or news anchor man (may not have been the main character) who either gets turned into a zombie or is possessed using voodoo.

I remember a scene in which the guy is in an underground car park and I think a woman who's car's broken down asks him to help, oblivious to the fact that he's this ghoul type thing.

I also remember that the title sequence has coloured silhouettes in the shapes of things like crucifixes and voodoo dolls with pins in them.

Pretty sure it's DEAD MEN DON'T DIE from 1990, starring Elliot Gould.
