House cleaning.

The difficulty with this challenge is, if it was a 32 lap race you would pit every 8 laps.  The problem is it is a 33 lap race, so once again tyre wear is your challenge.  First of all qualify in first place, secondly you need to pop in a nine lap race on full red tyres which is not that easy to do. You don't want to do this on the opening segment or the last segment.  I suggest you do this on segment 2 or 3. Do not let the lead A.I. car get in front of you otherwise he/she will win the race, so therefore the answer is, in this 33 lap race is to do 8 lap pit stops, but somewhere in the race you need to do 9 laps in the middle sequence on full red tyres. Good luck because this is one of the most difficult challenges in Gran Turismo 3 apart from Tahiti Maze and String Circuit Time Trial !
