Action or Thriller B Movie from the 80s or early 90s

I can barely recall only 2 scenes from this movie: in the first one, which was around the middle of the movie, there was a small hill? with some kind of cult members? and there were some wooden crosses or piles in the ground and the main actor was there (with a car maybe?) but I have no idea what he did there. As far as I remember, there was no fight in this hill/cult member scene, just some discussion with someone (in the sunset maybe).

The other scene was about at the end of the movie, where an ugly woman? (with short hair? I think she was the main antagonist of the movie) attacked our actor (maybe with knife), and he just kicked her to the ground into some shelves or chairs or something similar. What really burned into my brain was the villain's face when she was in the ground after the guy kicked him (and then said something).

I can't recall the main protagonist, maybe he had a brownish middle hair and the movie was one of those cheap American ones directly to VHS.

I think this one is Spellbinder (1988) with Rick Rossovich and Kelly Preston.
