What was the name of this kid Halloween movie series?

It was a children's Halloween movie series, (or possibly a TV series). Where a child visited a mansion in another dimension. In this mansion lived a witch, a ghost, etc etc. There were constantly other guests visiting as well. Such as a vampire family. The daughter of this vampire family was close friends with the main, girl, child character. I know it was all Halloween related. I even remember a significant episode where Halloween was almost completely lost. And as Halloween faded further and further away, the symbol for Halloween on their calendar, (a pumpkin) because smaller and smaller. The girl was the main character and then followed the witch. Who was a very maternal figure. I cannot remember the name for this.
