Movie about a brilliant man chased by the government.

The movie is about a brilliant man (could be autistic, not sure) that is so smart that a secret organization keeps him in custody. However he has managed to get away and they are chasing him in order to capture him again. I remember that around the beginning of the movie there was a scene that the chased man placed a pen on the sidewalk and triggered a bus accident by it in order to evade the agents chasing him. The movie ended with the capture of the man, and to avoid his escape again the organization put him in a room to play chess against a supercomputer in order to stay occupied and not to think about engineering an escape.
