A horror film about a girl

I can't seem to remember anything except a part from the ending, where a bald man screams on a ladder as he swings a weapon 'fast' as two people: a cameraman and a woman, move up the ladder to enter a flat and then go up an attic to find some reports of a girl who has transformed biologically or something
