Film from the late seventies to early eighties, where one of the twins returns from death to take revenge on his mother and take his brother. something like that.

I saw this movie on a Sunday night in a marathon of films that existed a long time ago in Mexico that was called "Permanencia Voluntaria"

I think you're right
No, it's not that movie.
The one I say is in color and they live in a kind of castle on the edge of a cliff by the sea.
In the end, the "zombie" twin threatens the mother until she is pinned to the balcony and made to fall, dying in the same way as her son many years ago.
It won't let me post my other answer, but it might be the 3rd story in "Dead of Night"(1977 TV movie)? It was called Bobby, and here it is in it's entirety from Youtube.
