A 90's movie in which clown plays ice hockey

Few scenes I remember - One a clown, disturbingly hallucinating - stands goalie in an ice hockey turf, with some teenagers trying to escape him.

A pick up truck in railway track, which stuck there. A moment of fear, as the train approaches but do no harm.

A teen boy/girl walks in the wood along an old man, talks something before the old guy disappears and the teen has some kind of leaf in hand.

grim reaper look alike dances their way into a home and brings a woman out in the garden and they sing and dance.

Was this in english? Was it really a clown? Anything else come to mind? I searched hard, and clown with hockey or goalie should have been easy, but nothing with those keys.
Yes. It was an English Movie. I believe it was a clown ---  A Joker like character. The movie was in color. It wasn't scary, but definitely mystery.
Could it be Drive Thru or Amusement?  See if this summaries ring any bells:  https://www.axs.com/top-5-clowns-in-horror-movies-98730
