A humanoid monster chasing and killing some young people

It was may be 10 years ago. I was going through my cable channels when I It was a monster/ghost film, kind of like Jeepers Creepers. The movies looked like 90s or early 2000s.

The humanoid monster haunts, chases, and kills some young people. It kills and stocks the bodies in a pile in his house.

In a point of the plot, one of the kills was acting as dead but was actually alive. He sneaks out and tries to kill the monster from behind but the monster's eyes can roam all over his body. So when the boy tries to kill him from behind and his eyes move back and the person gets killed instead.

As far I can remember, the monster gets killed in the end, in a wood, probably by getting smashed in a car.
