60's or 70's horror about girl in wheelchair who is alone during a storm when creatures drag her with ropes

I saw a scary movie on TV in the 70's.  A girl is in a wheelchair and lives in a farmhouse or isolated house with people who are in town. A big storm results in no power or phone service. These creatures (maybe with wings?) are on the outside of the house and then get inside. They whisper her name (maybe Sarah?) and start to drag her with ropes. She grabs a camera and the flash light bothers the creatures who make noises and turn away. They drag her down the stairs and eventually pull her down a fireplace(?) where she disappears right before her people return and search for her.

Thank you for your help !!

"Don't be Afraid of the Dark"(1973 TV movie)?

Her name was Sally which was close to Sarah. The creatures came from a bricked up fireplace. Here is a short trailer.

I viewed this youtube clip and although some themes are similar, this is not the movie I remember. A major detail is that the girl is in a wheelchair, alone during a storm, and used a camera to try to stop these creatures.
I appreciate your response, though !    Thanks.
The woman in this movie used a camera to stop these creatures also, and there was a storm and she was all alone. When her husband got home he couldn't find her but you could hear the creatures whispering. Oh, and it WAS a fireplace they drag her to because they came from there.
If this is not your movie , you should watch it anyway. It's one of the scariest TV movies ever made. You can get it from Warner archive.
